Delete your Todayly account

You can close your Todayly account and have your personal data erased at any time — in the app in under a minute, or by sending us the request below if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest route: it takes effect immediately, with no waiting on us.

1Open the Todayly app and sign in.
2Go to your profile, then Settings.
3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4Confirm. Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

If you own a Workspace with team members, transfer it or delete the Workspace first. The app will stop the deletion until you do, so your team is never left without an owner.

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in. Enter the email address on the account — we confirm it belongs to you before anything is deleted.

What gets deleted

Your name, phone number, email address and profile photo
Your professional profile and public listing, if you have one
Your saved addresses, payment methods and notification settings
Your sign-in — the account is closed and cannot be used again

What we have to keep

Invoices and payment records, which Czech accounting and tax law requires us to keep for 5–10 years
Appointments you had stay in the professional's own business records, with your personal details removed
Messages and reviews you sent to other people remain visible to them, no longer attached to your name

Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent from this page are completed within 30 days, as the GDPR requires — usually much sooner.
