1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Todayly ("the App," "the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Todayly is a platform that connects beauty and wellness professionals with customers seeking their services. We provide:

• A marketplace for discovering professionals
• Booking and scheduling tools
• Payment processing
• Communication features
• Review and rating systems

Important: Todayly is a platform, not a service provider. We do not employ the professionals listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 16 years old
• One account per person
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Types

• Customer: Can browse, book, and review professionals
• Professional: Can offer services, manage bookings, receive payments

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Receive multiple valid complaints

4. Professional Responsibilities

If you register as a professional, you agree to:

• Provide accurate service descriptions
• Honor booked appointments
• Maintain professional standards
• Respond to booking requests promptly
• Comply with local licensing requirements
• Pay applicable taxes on earnings

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information
• Arrive on time for appointments
• Pay for booked services
• Respect professional policies
• Provide honest reviews

6. Bookings and Appointments

6.1 Booking Process

• Bookings are subject to professional availability
• Confirmation is sent upon successful booking
• Professionals may decline bookings

6.2 Cancellations

• Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment
• Late cancellations may incur fees
• Professionals who cancel frequently may be penalized

6.3 No-Shows

• Failure to arrive for a booked appointment may result in charges
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension

7. Payments

7.1 Pricing

• Prices are set by professionals
• All prices are in Czech Koruna (CZK)
• Prices may change without notice

7.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• We do not store credit card information
• Payment is due at the time of booking

7.3 Platform Fees

• Todayly charges a commission on each booking
• Commission rates vary by subscription tier
• Fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation

7.4 Refunds

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Contact support for refund requests
• Refund policy may vary by professional

8. Available Now Feature

8.1 How It Works

• Professionals can indicate immediate availability
• Customers can book instantly for same-day services
• Token-based system for expanded visibility

8.2 Token Usage

• Tokens are purchased through the app
• Tokens are used for premium features
• Tokens are non-refundable

9. Reviews and Ratings

9.1 Leaving Reviews

• You may review professionals after completed services
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience
• Reviews cannot contain offensive language

9.2 Review Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews
• Professionals may respond to reviews
• Fake reviews are prohibited

10. Prohibited Activities and Acceptable Use

Todayly is intended solely for the lawful discovery, scheduling, and payment of legitimate beauty, wellness, and personal-care services (and, where applicable, legitimate space rentals). You agree not to use the Platform, and not to permit or facilitate any other person's use of the Platform, for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized, including but not limited to:

• Soliciting, advertising, arranging, or receiving payment for prostitution or any commercial sexual services
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other activity intended to disguise the source, destination, or nature of funds
• Financing or facilitating terrorism, human trafficking, or any other criminal enterprise
• The sale, marketing, or distribution of illegal goods or controlled substances
• Any other use that violates applicable local, national, or international law

In addition, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Scrape or collect user data
• Interfere with platform operations
• Create multiple accounts
• Impersonate others

Todayly reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section, to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved, to withhold or reverse related funds, and to report suspected illegal activity — including suspected instances of the above — to law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities, with or without prior notice to the user.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Our Property

• The Todayly name, logo, and app design are our property
• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• All code and content are protected by copyright

11.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us license to use your content on the platform
• You are responsible for the content you post

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Service Quality

• We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by professionals
• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• We do not employ professionals on the platform

13.2 Platform Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that affects availability
• We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control

13.3 Damages

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Between Users

• Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly
• Our support team may mediate disputes
• We reserve the right to make final decisions

14.2 With Todayly

• Contact our support team first
• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation
• Arbitration may be required for unresolved disputes

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• Email notification
• Update on this page

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in Czech courts.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Todayly.

This is the trader you enter into these Terms with, and the entity responsible for the platform's obligations to you under them.

The Todayly application software is authored by Vashish Imrith and licensed to the operator named above. The author is not a party to these Terms and is not the provider of the platform.
